Ok i will post the tips in here....i will keep the record by using 1 unit wager on all bets...but my actual bet size will be for different amounts...

Eventhough i should be up about +10 units since i started posting here, i will start from the scratch......

Baseball: St. Louis -1 (1.65) [Duckworth and Marquis must start]
- St. Louis bats are the best in the National League, however they had a slow start and are slowly waking up. Ducksworth for Houston is a bad pitcher and he rarely lasts more than 5 innings. I beleive st. louis will send him packing with in 5 innings. St. Louis wins this by more than a run!

Seriously though, the tips above show me why this joker is not quite the superstar he claims.
I don't know if proper football tipsters like Citizen Sane will back me up but predicting draws is something not done. If you think a match is as close that you think it'll be a draw you are basically admitting that any of the 3 outcomes COULD happen.

Surely you need stronger convictions than that, you have to have good reasons why you think a team will win or a team will not lose don't you??

Having worked over the counter and at a leading credit bookmaker for over two years, with the amount of bets you have, it is virtually impossible to make a profit, mathematically things are stacked against you, no matter how good you are. The only people I know who made money were people who had very few bets (maybe 3 to 4 per month) that were very accurate and generally had inside information for. Compulse betting is the quickest way to the poorhouse.

I seldom back draws for exactly them reasons but thats just me . Tor is the best tipster i've seen for predicting draws , he has a very impressive strike rate - Not quite sure how he does it but it works .

This bloke is a crook though . Theres no way you would have the time to research this many bets in that many sports properly . Ask El Mico how many hours a week he spent just researching the English leagues .

I'm pretty sure he's just trawling other betting / tipster sites and pinching other peoples tips claiming they're his own .

In amongst the (justified) humour and abuse this is the post that neatly summises the disaster that is Purewinners. How do prices of (mainly) 1.8-1.91 average out at 1.51

There are admittedly a few 1.2s in there (less than 10) but two winners of over 4.0 and a 3.6 and a several over 2.0 as well.

Profit still high PLUS you'll recall I had six 3.61 doubles to kick start the season of which 5 came in.

due to paid customers we cannot post our service plays. Free plays are what we thing is good, but not good enough to make to our daily bets...so the result might not be that great. But it will for sure be better than 55%...today was just a bad day.

2) We're merely days into the baseball season and the handicapper cites being "inconsistant". (I'm sorry, actually it was "inconsitant")
3) A good sportsbetter knows not to load up on baseball overs early in the season. Pitchers have an advantage at this time of year. Generally, hitters don't have their timing yet. That, coupled with chilly weather keeps scores down.

Well everyone cant take a losing day or two....i wonder what everyone would say as soon as i overtake the goldmine units! Since i have to recover from the losing days i will post the exact plays that clients got today.


NBA: Miami/New Jersey OVER 188 (1.93)
With the trio of Wade, Jones and Oneal; Miami should be bale to score in triple digit ones again. Vince Cartre & Co. must play a fast paced game in order to make Oneal tired. The result would be high scoring game. We can also expect lot of free throws in game. I think the total score in this game would be atleast 195.

MLB: Chicago Cubs -1.5 (2.30) [Zambrano/Milton]
Zambrano's pitching at home is one of the most dominant in the National league and today should be another one. Zambrano owns a microscopic 1.49 ERA in 66.2 innings against Cincinatti. - Even though Miami is favoured in road i will back them here. Miami swept New jersey during the regular season and they have won the first 2 games in the play off also. Miami's margin of victory is over 15 points--so i dont see New Jersey's home court advantage doing any good here. Lets try to ride on Miami's hot streak.

MLB: Cleveland MONEYLINE (1.85) [Millwood/Maroth] in pinnacle
-Cleveland has lost all 4 of Millwood's start this season regardless of his decent performances--mainly because of lack of run support or Bullepen bust. After a blowout loss yesterday against Detroit, Cleveland should be able to bounce back and Millwood should be able to grab his first win of the season.

MLB: Seatle/Texas OVER 11 (1.96) [Meche/Young] in canbet
- This match up is similar to the Anaheim/Yankees match up--both pitchers are very bad against their opponents--whats even better in this match up is that the bullepen isnt very strong--so another scoring fest. There is no point in getting into deep analysis!

The sad thing is this thread is angering me rather than amusing me because people like purewinners are ripping off gullible people who are sending money to him in many cases because they're desperate for the money from winning bets, as opposed to simple greed.

Not too mixed up. I think the odds quoted are nearer the truth. True he is going for 9 out of 16 for 1 unit profit (assuming you can get an account with no commision, tax), should actually be bigger as most plays/picks are 1.5 to 1.8. You have to get a sequence of winners somewhere. I know there is a mathematic formula to this but I can't work it out/find it, but once you hit the first loser, the mathematical probability of getting the money back plus a profit are substantially increased each time. This is not the same as having 16 well reasoned bets over time, this is 16 bets per day. You are either going to have to increase your bets per bet (doubling stake until you can find a profit) or have one hell of a betting bank to even consider $100 per stake per day, plus you have to add that it is not a definete outcome where there are only two results either, which tots the mathematical advantage even further in the bookmakers favour.
