I'll have you know that I took Walsall to the premiership (in 4 seasons), with a budget of about £500,000. I then got relegated, and was offered the job by Sunderland, which I took. I won the championship in my second season with them.

I followed your advice JL, and got nowhere. At the moment, O'Brien is my most important player...last season he got 44 assists...and he helped me win the championship, and he's doing the same this season. :D
