Is a mirror site possible?

Now that a lot of employers put blocks on messageboards at work, would it be possible, for a mirror version of the BBS to be made available, where you could read the posts, but not contribute to them?

I ask, as I can access the Home page where I can see the subjects, but I can't see whats in them.

(I'm typing this from my home PC, before someone asks how) ;)
