u really want to waste half our money on two other small forwards when we blatantly need a big forward?

I should hope we wouldn't pay 1.5m on Andy Morrison! He could be very useful but is in his thirties - i should say 400-500k tops!
And i agree with small number that the way we play at the moment we do need a big striker. I still believe we have two very talented strikers when the ball's on the deck but they need something/ someone to feed off of.

How about Trever Aylott or Garath Taylor, how we would laugh at their slapstick efforts to get the round white thing in the net.

There must be dozens of strikers sitting on benches round the Premiership who are looking to revive their careers. Surely we can't go for another unproven youngster from the lower divisions, and must look for someone who has experience and a track record. Players like Noel Whelan, Chris Armstrong, Andy Booth would destroy 1st division defences for fun, especially with a player like Kitson alongside.

Well, Andy Morrison would be a really stupid choice wouldn't it, isn't he a defender...?

One that can head the ball and knows what that oblong white thing with the net is for!
And doesn't mamby pamby around trying to beat the world for a simple tap-in.
