Question for the Charlton fans

What is the best of your bulletin boards? I'm not going to spam it I'm just curious to see it. Both Brighton and Millwall have got good ones but I haven't seen a Charlton one and I'd rather look at the best than the rest. E-mail me to avoid the morons flaming it. Ta.

We all think that the CPFC BBS is the best. We all log on from our caravans,(using someone elses electric and phone obviously!)
because our team of pikeys hasn't even got it's own decent bulletin board because we are always out stealing horses etc...

Still no answer on this one. Does anyone know a Charlton BBS with even a medium volume of traffic? I thought they were the biggest club under the sun from what I've read on here.

Not the biggest at all Oisin, in fact we're a medium sized club, but still a significantly bigger club than Palace these days.
Net Addicks.com is about as goood as it gets from SE7, but this is some way short of the CPFC BBS, which is one thing as a Palace fan you can be proud of these days.
I know what goes around, comes around and all that, but for now we'll enjoy our club being in the ascendency, even if the same can't be said of our web sites.

I had a club the other day and thought "these are smaller than when I was a Kid".

Even though it was a smaller club it was still tasty.

Oisin - As No.1 said, there is no major BBS. There is a big split between Charlton fans between messageboards and an independent mailing list, that has hundreds of listers but is very boring. The Net Addicks site is probably the busiest of the boards and as you will see the Away fans End is full of Palace fans, none of whom are as polite, intelligent and witty as the 3 amigos on here !

I was going to laugh out loud but there is an underlying clue here, the admittance that it's only recently that you've become this size. You did say "these days". Well, our average gate has remained the same for a while now so therefore you must've grown recently.

Fair comment, until recent years, Palace were a bigger club than Charlton, for the last 20 years at least. But if you took the two clubs whole history into account Anti, you were see that up to that point we were always the biggest club in South London. Hardly a prestige boast i know, but true none the less.

As for 'muppet joke club', considering a fair percentage of your own fans are embarrassed at the continuous laughing stock of your own club, going from one crisis to another, i'm not too bothered.

If you think that ours is a joke club, i dread to think what you feel of your own !

How do you measure the size of a football club? What's the accepted measurement of length? Start with the smallest unit possible, the Brighton perhaps? Stoke are two Brightons.
