You can tell it is a dull afternoon. Grandstand is showing one of those "afternoons for the snobs" at Hickstead, where people dress up in fancy clobber, climb aboard a horse and start jumping over bits of wood.
What I can't believe are the names they give the horses. Take these examples (just from this afternoon!):
La Clochette
Lord Pachat
QBE Insurance Phet Bure
Need I go on?
Horse racing isn't much better either - Selhurst Park Flyer excluded of course!
