Loan players

So we now have Taylor, Harrison and Forsell. Can anyone tell me what has happened to last season's rule that a club is only allowed two on loan ?
P.S. Personally sorry that Terry Phelan never returned.

The rule is that you can only play two loan players in a single game. However, players that are on loan for the full season don't count as loan players for the purpose of this rule. Hope that helps.
