There was a bit on the TV yesterday but all it showed was Dougie getting his feet caught up with Pollet and seemingly off-balance as he took a step back. Pollet's head was on the floor behind him but then they went off camera which made it a bit hard to see. It looked as if Dougie was following the ball and so wouldn't have been aware of Pollet but no doubt someone in the home seats would see it differently.

If/when Dougie is cleared I wonder whether Colin Lee will produce his retraction with the same speed of his accusation.

I haven't seen the incident either but the Daily Mail seemed to make a meal of it and said that it was really bad.

That should be enough to clear Freedman then.

Saw it last night for the first time (wondered what the hell they were on about as I didn't remember anything at the time).

MAW has called it correctly - Dougie had his back to the guy and Pollett fell over whilst Dougie was controlling the ball, nothing intentional at all.
