Have just phoned the Box Office for a ticket for Norwich on Saturday to be informed that because I don't have a Palace Credit Card I will be charged a 2 pound booking fee, making it cheaper to risk it and buy it at the ground on the day. Is it just me or does anyone else think this is out of order? It certainly wasn't the case last year as I bought all my away tickets with my VISA no problem.

I've always been charged an extra £2 booking fee whenever I've used my credit card. Maybe you've just been lucky up until now.
Ditto, I have always been charged the £2 fee when I have used my credit card, unless they fuc*ed it up, in which case I kept quiet!

yeah - usual policy is 2.00 charge unless it's a palace card.

I guess I must have been charged all this time then, but they DEFINITLY have never stated this before selling me away tickets in the past. Oh well, I'll buy it at Norwich now anyway.
