Has she been baking Hash cakes again?

One of the funniest things I have seen in ages, looks all the more sweeter now.

I used to think Norwich were ok, but browsing one of their message boards this season has certainly altered my view of them. Their fans have ridiculous delusions of grandeur and hardly a day goes by without someone slagging off Palace or praying for someone to break AJ's legs

Very funny. All the better in that they lost.:D

I used to quite like Norwich too. I like the city and the part of the country, I love their green and yellow colour scheme, and was quite glad when they finally came up. This season, having actually seen them at close quarters, I'm not so positive.

The reason = dear old Delia. She's become a figurehead for the club and I can't stand her. The BBC can't go through a Norwich game without showing her at least three times, and every time she's interviewed she comes across as a moron. So she's put a bit of money into them, she's just some Z-list "celebrity" cook and yet somehow she dominates the club.

Norwich doing well? Haha, say the press, must be Delia's half time cakes. They won? Oh Delia will be delighted. Bless.

Pass the bucket.

To make matters worse, a couple of months ago they deleted about 120mb of files with barely an apology.

So - I am definitely interested in changing once my annual contract is up in the Spring.

This club really is this seasons equivalent of Barnsley a few years ago - portrayed in the media as a 'loveable' little team everyone wants to see do well and a favourite of other clubs. Yeah, but only cos they're good for the goal difference....

I reckon you lot should lay off Delia. Heres a chairwoman who actually isn't afraid to support her club. maybe she was pissed, but at least she got out there to try and rouse her farmer boys.

It would be good for football if all chairmen actually supported their clubs with the same dedication.

I'd like to see Norwich stay up, but not at our expense.

. I don't see the problem to be honest

nobody is being vicious towards her or saying she's not a good chairman but you have to admit it was bloody hilarious what she did.I'm sure once she gets over the embarassment she'll be having a right laugh about it.

I heard it on Talksport this morning - Brazil was over the moon of course!

I think if they had gone and scored 3 more goals everyone would be saying'"good on you", but they didn't, they lost, which makes it doubly worse.

But don't play it on the Jumbotron until AFTER we have beaten them.

By the way, a new expression has been born:-

"DOING A DELIA".

It's that sort of thing that could finish a club's season early!

Norwich fans were embarassed but weren't booing her, indeed on the radio this morning a lot were defending her passion for her team.

I was thinking she has a very different relationship to that which SJ shares with some fans here. Having said that, I remember that on the occasions SJ has ranted a lot of fans have said I wish he were our chairman to me. Just thought I cant be the only one who found it hysterically funny when she with the wooden spoon went on the pitch at Carrow Road last night.Good leadership is as important as team spirit (some would say more so as you can create the former if you have the latter) and what dear old Delia did last night was basically tell the Naaaarwich faithful that she thought they could be better as supporters while displaying her desperation for all the Prem to see. I'm sure by now the Norwich players would have seen her outburst as well as the coaching staff and you can bet they'll feel that faith in them is slipping away at boardroom level.
Not only did she look drunk but in my opinion she also looked pretty upset too. I felt that West Brom blew they're last realistic chance when they failed to beat Southampton (leaving them 7 points from safety) and although Norwich are far from out of it points wise last night was a huge blow to them that gives us a very real oppertunity to still be above them after our Chelsea game. If that happens it'll be between us and Southampton for that final spot. I am starting to believe that we really can do this:p
