every game I have played as Palace (and thats quite a few), Mullins is total poo... I always end up selling him before the season is out. He always gets averages of 6, often five, occasionally 7, but never higher.

All the clubs I have sold him too have not had any luck with him either. Bit like Simon Rodger, for some reason I always seem to be able to sell him to Birmingham for about £1m, and he's always crud.

Has anyone had any success with Mullins? am I missing out on something here?

Mullins has the potential but he has to be brought on by a VERY good coach who works well with youngsters.

If he is not played for a season, leave him in the reserves but on high skills training then in the second season he should be a star player along with Clinton.

I've found since selling rodger (CM99/00) i'm doing badly, i was forced into the sale because of the bloody administartion. It looks like relegation for me  bottom of the league and 15 or so points adrift after about 30 or so match's. Before you ask i aint Alan Smith

Mullins has never been any good for me. However i've decided to give your training technique a go. Since i have done it, he has had his first 8 of the season! But im only playing him on the bench due to better players in the side.
