Bolton Wanderers v Crystal Palace
October 28th 2000 KO 3pm
Ticket prices : Adults 14.00, Students & concessions : 11.00, under 16’s - 8.00
Bolton Wanderers
Ground Name: Reebok Stadium Capacity: 28,500 (all seated)
Address: Burnden Way, Lostock, Bolton, Lancashire, BL6 6JW
01204-673673 or 01204 673750
Away fans are housed in the South Stand at one end of the ground where up to 5,000 fans can be accommodated - however most clubs are usually just allocated the lower tier which can hold 3,000 away fans. Beware the front few rows of the lower tier are not covered by the roof so you might get wet!
DIRECTIONS & CAR PARKING
M6 to Junction 21a, take eastbound M62 leaving at Junction 12. Follow signs for M61 (Bolton/Preston) and leave the motorway at Junction 6. The ground is visible from this junction and is clearly sign posted. Take exit from sliproad roundabout onto the A6027 Mansell Way. At the next roundabout go straight on and take slip road on the left onto Stadium Visitor's car park 'A'.
This is the car park at the ground, but wait for this, it costs £5! and can take up to half an hour to get out again as the police hold cars back to give the away coaches a clear run. However a lot of the surrounding industrial estate units offer cheaper parking. There is parking at a college on Victoria Road, off the Chorley New Road. Some fans park on the opposite side of the M61. Bennigan’s American Tavern (see also below) on the retail park charges 10.00 for car park, but supporters receive a 10.00 voucher to spend on meals. Also parking at the Beehive Pub (see below)
From the north - take the M6 to junction 29, take M65 towards Blackburn - leave at junction 2 - M61 to Manchester - leave at junction 6 - ground is signposted from here
With traffic congestion on the M60 (M62) supporters from south might want to follow directions for north - which although 10 miles longer may save time.
FROM THE STATION
Horwich Parkway railway station serves the stadium and is less than 5 minutes walk from the ground, with regular trains from Bolton's main station.
Note - Bolton station is 5 miles from the Reebok Stadium

'Although the local pubs do indicate 'Home Only', as long as you don't have away team colours on, you should not have any problems. Try the "Millhouse" on the Middlebrook Retail Park (Reebok Stadium is on the Middlebrook Retail estate), New Orleans or even the micro brewery at the ten pin bowling alley.
Bennigan’s American Tavern doesn’t run a bar on matchdays and doesn’t allow football colours on anyone over 12!
