The one that sticks in my mind was the one at the reebok stadium against Bolton.I still don't know how he even saw it,let alone saved it.

sh*t game, but blackburn at home from a blackburn corner. he started on the far post, as he does, ended up saving instinctively from a point blank shot - total reflex save. awesome.

Exactly what I was thinking as I saw the thread. There was another outstadning one (among many) that was much more recent but I can't remember.....Ewood Park, possibly?

Cheers mateyboys,

A certain penalty save from a rather young pervert at old trafford, weren't bad if my mind serves me right.

But for me it has to be the save from john steads header at Blackburn, world class!!!!!

Blackburn at home about four times.

The save at Ewood was fantastic.

Also remember a couple of great saves at the City of Manchester Stadium, one from a deflected shot if memory serves me right.

Home debut vs Hartlepool in the cup, touched a point blank volley onto the underside of the bar then got back to get it after it bounced down.
Wicked save!

The roll against spurs made me laugh alot.

The one that sticks in my mind was the "elbow" save against giggs at Old Trafford. Pure Class.

Never mind the saves, I just like it when he went mental every time we scored!

I liked that fact that he couldn't watch AJ's penalty on Sunday. He watched the crowd & waited for the reaction!

Pure madness. That would get my vote as well. The save wasn't that great, but what showmanship. Footballers are entertainers, and Gabor sure entertained with that save.

Blackburn away, low to his left from Stead's header. One of the best saves I've ever seen.

The one at Bolton runs it close, and he made an amazing stop from a delfected shot at Man City.

Carn't we send off these threads to the club and issue them to certain players (i.e Gabor) as post. Maybe the club will pass them onto him. Knowing them though, they won't...!

Yep one vs Blackburn, I thought the ball had bounced in then saw his hand flash and put it around the post.

He's made some great saves over the course fo the season but I thought he was at fault for both Charlton goals on Sunday, particularly the second.

Excellent stop in the dying minutes against liverpool at selhurst - pretty sure it was a Gerrard effort.

Thought the (pretty much) point blank save against the Scummers at SP was worth a mention, he then casually bounced the ball a few times - PLEASE STAY GABOR

Think it was against Villa away, he got down to save a shot(Lee Hendrie, I believe) heading for the bottom corner. Rather than palming the ball around the post it some how came off of his hand and over the bar.

There was a scrambled half fumbled pick-up against Southampton, whereupon ,after it bounced and he recaught it, he bounced it around like a basketball player, right in front of their forward.

Pure gold, pure cheek, pure Palace.

Stay with us for ever, you truly are one of us.

Blackburn away.

It didn't count for anything in the end but was sensational, it had almost gone past him. Very 'Banks'esque.
