Am I alone in being annoyed when opposing players score their first ever goal against you?

35 games into the season and that pops up so regularly. :grrr:

Currently pissed off with half my squad being 'dismayed' by my 'poor league position'.

Some are even 'worried the club's league position will affect their reputation'.

My position? 11 games gone, am sitting in 4th, with two games in hand, and three points behind 1st place Arsenal.

I can assure you you're not alone in finding players get their first ever against you! Do you also find:

Every goalkeeper plays a blinder against you?

Every referee thinks about your penalty claims, and then turns them down?

You hit the woodwork about four times a game on average?

If you answer "no" to any of these questions, I'd like to know why you're being so favourably treated!:grrr:

Yesterday i almost fell off my chair when i was awarded a penalty away to Real Madrid with Barcelona. I thought that was never going to happen !!!!

Also, that league position thing. When i was Nantes i was in 3rd and almost all my players got pissed off. I moved to 2nd and they all got happy overnight !!!! When i got to top they were all damn happy and couldn't wait to sign a new contract.

And ofcourse when you are 3-0 up at half time your opponents be it Stockport , Barnsley or whoever transform into Brazil in the second half and will bombard your goal with wave after wave of attack and invariably snatch a draw or even win.
But if your'e 3-0 down do your lads fight back in such a manner no they just give up and go down with barely a whimper!:(

And how many times will your keeper be caught by a speculative shot from 35 yards which sails in?

And have you noticed that if any of your players pass it back it is always intercepted or your receiving player handballs it which always leads to conceding a goal?

How many times do you concede a goal in the 49th or 95th minute from nowhere?

Why is it that every other team can offer an existing player a job as scout, coach etc. WITHOUT having to pay a transfer fee??? Something that surely has to be sorted for 01-02.

I hate how teams score on 94 mins and then the game ends... always to get a draw or something.

At the end of the half or a close game at teh end i dont even bother taking my team off of attacking because of so many conceeded goals right at teh end..i wonder why the people who made the game made it easier for the opponent to score towards the end...i love when im up 2-1 at 90 mins and the lose 2-3 when they miraculously score twice in 2 mins.....ahhhhh!!!!!

I recently had an opposing player "lunge two footed" into one of my attackers and get lectured.

Two minutes later one of ny defenders questioned a decision and kicked the ball away only to be sent off for this first offence.

True to life really!! :o

What I hate most is players who say hate their manager and then when I try to sell them no wants them as they aren't good enough.

Then they accuse me of trying to force them out of the club.

I am!

Then to give them a free tranfer will cost me money!
