Wonder what the arrangements are going to be for tickets?
Hope they will ensure/encourage a full takeup by Palace supporters before giving the AW over to Sunderland!

Blimey, it never rains but it pours! http://www.cpfc.org/ubb/smile.gif
I really do not see why we need to give up any space, over and above the usual away section.
If this match is marketed/publicised properly there should be a sufficient demand from home support to stop regulars being lobbed out of the AW.
Why not make it a family night (possibly dodgy if on a school night)?
If our ground is going to be surrendered to Sunderland, I would have preferred to go to the Stadium of Light!

If we had been drawn away. How many would we of taken. I went to burnley worthington 3rd round and only around 80 fans went. It would of been embarassing at the stadium of light as I cant see more than 500 fans at the most going up there. So I think its good were at home as the majority of people on this site and other palace fans will do all the talking but in the end wont actually go.

I'm not alone when I say - DOH !
Still maybe it's just as well with the trains the way they are right now !

You cant get the train as it would be impossible to get back. Unless you are spending the night up there.

At first I wanted it to be away cos I've never been to the Stadium of Light. But looking back over history; a quater final against sunderland then a semi-final with Liverpool. Okay different cup runs but historyt could well be repeating itself.
I think I'll have to take two days off as today was the worst I've ever felt after being on the piss. I was in college for 5 minutes before giving up on it all and coming home and throwing up a dfew times. Mind you could just be the aftershock from pulling some nasty fat lass later in the night.

Looking in the programme from tuesday, it says the following:
"... Should Palce be drawn at home, tickets will go on sale from 12 Noon on Thursday 30th November to season ticket holders and members only. Season ticket holder have until 10pm on 5th December to claim their seat(s). Any remaining seats will go on general sale from Wednesday 6th December at 9:30am. Please note that the Arthur Wait Stand will be available to visiting fans only for this fixture"
Personaly I think that they will revise the no home fans in the arthur rule, as we won't be playing the scum... sorry, Man U.

Alright Fruity. I take it your Lordships Fruity and Flange will be getting a bunch of tickets for you and the usual suspects. Will you be getting your usual seats in block B? Only I'm planning on buying some this afternoon.

Watch Ya Spanish. Most certainly will. Wont be suffering the torture of the old stand again. Got to the 5th to get our usual spaces so I will be off this weekend to buy them. See you in the pub no doubt.

I don't know, I think Sunderland will fill the Arfur fairly easily so the home fans will be moved.
I'm glad it's not at the Stadium of Light because
a) it's too far to go
b) I've been there a couple of times before and it's not that great
c) we wouldn't stand much of a chance. To be honest.
BRING THEM ON.
