Not happy at all

Ok, I ordered the seat next to me for tonight's game against the Squatters last Friday. They posted it...and it hasn't arrived yet. Now....I'm no genius, far bloody from it, but if I need the ticket for my mate to go to the match tonight, what the hell am I going to do ??

I've tried phoning the box office, engaged 9 times, and have sent them an E-mail I don't reckon anyone will read....what can I do ??

Call the directline number not the box office. You will be able to pick your ticket up prior to the match

Cheers Dave. I just called the Box Office again and got through, on hold for 10 mintues then they said they'd duplicate them for tonight. My Sunderland tickets were with the Wimbledon one though...so I imagine that if the Wimbledon ticket doesn't turn up, the Sunderland ones won't!!

But the girl said that'll have to wait a couple of days before they duplicate them.
