I would expect Wimbledon to give the Arthur Wait Stand away for away fans but not Palace!

Couldn't agree more. I posted elsewhere this last week that I couldn't see Sunderland filling the Arthur on a Tuesday night with the match also on TV. I thought they would stuggle to fill the usual away section which agress with East End Eagle's figures. Other reports say a crowd of about 20000 was expected and as we had nearly sold those tickets it also backs up these figures of just 2000 Sunderland fans (Good in itself).
So why are we still giving up this stand for the rearranged match. Seems a bit foolish to me. Also dearer seats and most part time fans I know are put off by £17 tickets let alone £25.

does seem odd if we're almost sold out - and they're nowhere near - as we could have sold more tickets then! bizarre!

Reports are suggesting only 2,000 Sunderland fans made the trip last night, which in it self is'nt a bad effort, but why did we give them the whole of the Arthur waite? I was lucky enough to get get one of the last Holmsdale tickets, but if I had tried later I would have had to have paid 25 quid to sit in the main stand staring across at a half empty Arthur which would have cost 18. Surely the club did not expect 8-10,000 sunderland on a tuesday night? Will they now open up the Arthur to Palace??
