Just tried to call myself, and it seems to have closed early. Should close at 5.30

you get through to a human on that number eventually!!! - you don't have to wait for the waffle - hit 1 (for palace) then 1 (for home games) or 2 (for away games) - at least that speeds up the process rather than waiting for the instructions!
