The Eaglets drew at Newcastle, so there is a replay in the offing. I suspect it might be Wednesday 6th at the athletics track. Can anyone confirm?

Haven't heard a date mentioned yet - hopefully it will say in tomorrow's proggy though.

Please give the scoreboard operator/PA announcer a wave

I thank you!

And I notice as well Neil that they're charging a fiver admission !!

No mention either of free admission for season ticket holders, which usually happens for junior and reserve matches - so I don't think they'll be many there if that's the case - which is a shame.

Thanks for the date/time confirmation.

They have to charge everyone for admission - FA Rules. Although £5 does seem a bit steep.

Haven't charged before Ian - as I usually go to these games.

It's a shame - can't see hardly anyone going because of that.

Bugger

I usually go to reserve games at the NSC and would love to go to this one. However, I have tickets for the Wonder Stuff at the Forum.

Youth v Nostalga - tricky, but my wife has looked forward to the Wonder Stuff for ages, and as I'd have watched the first team this evening..... I guess I'll have to hope we make the next round.

FA Youth Cup Replay Postponed

Palace's FA Youth Cup third round replay at home to Newcastle United on Wednesday, 13th December has unfortunately been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. The tie, scheduled to be played at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, has been rearranged for SATURDAY, 16th DECEMBER with an 11am kick off. Admission prices are £5 for adults and £1 for senior citizens and under-16's.

How are you going to do the PA and get to Crewe for kick-off Neil ???

I'm not going to Crewe so I'm gonna rock over the road and see that game me thinks.

Fancy doing a report for the Echo, paf. It'll save the missus dragging herself up there with a hangover!

Ooooh, I dunno. That'll involve a notepad, anorak and paying attention. I'll let you know.

For the record, there was no admission charge and we won 4-1. All our goals scored by people called Gareth. Williams of that name finished brilliantly in 1-on-1's with the keeper. However, star for me was the centre back called something like Antwi - big, strong, reads the game like a book.

Cheers Ian - didn't think there'd be a charge.

We were trying to find out the score on Saturday, but no-one seemed to know !
