Or if you meant how to do it in the game.. its some kind of skin.. you can change pretty much everything in the game.. have a look at sigames.com if you want to do it too.

Yea, i did that on CM 99-00. It was reletively easy if i remember correctly. Cant get the bugger to work on 00-01 though!

Using the picture editor. "Load menubar bitmap" and then save as "menubar image". You can download them from almost any fan site. Maybe even a Palace one.
