cm 99/00

I am playing CM 99/00 at the moment any recomendations for players that are likely to come along to Palace? while in division one and dept.

Bleah i hated that stupid 99/00 version. Not being able to even spend 10k on a promising player really grated on me. Sorry I cant help you. The only things I can think of is struggle till you get taken over and have money. Or at the beginning of the game.. go over all the players available on free's before they get signed up by others.

But I know the cheat to sign players without paying a fee so wages are my only prob. :o

Well your best bet is to try and get in some loan players.
I managed to persuade Marco Gabbiadini(!) to make a brief return to Selhurst and he did ok,likewise Lee Hodges from Scunthorpe.
Bear in mind though this was my first season playing CM and I did'nt really know what I was doing (although I did a Coppell and kept us up whilst in Administration) so there must be some better players you could loan in. Perhaps try Kevin Gallacher who I bought when we came out of Administration and who did very well for me.
