Mat ov CPFC

Given that I have not had a proper drink all Xmas ( except the BBS lunch ) I have a thirst that needs quenching this Saturday.
Aint fussed about the decor or atmosphere but it must serve a variety of beers and spirits. I await your guidance...
Mat, myself and around 10 mates ( incl. Kev T - I use the word 'mate' in the loosest sense here http://www.cpfc.org/ubb/wink.gif ) are starting early doors and you're welcome to tag along if you like. Plan is couple around Victoria then straight off to Shepherd's Bush to sample the various hosteleries fine ales and spirits, and maybe meet up with some of the others ? PM me for meet up details if you don't get a better offer. http://www.cpfc.org/ubb/wink.gif

It looks like I'll be in the Firkin, so if you're in the area please pop in. When you come out of Shepherds Bush station turn right and you will see the Green, the Pub is at the far end on the left, its about a 5-10 min walk. The ground is about the same. We will be in there from about 12:00.

As I shall be driving to the game with my Dad - I might pop down to the springbok as it's near enough to parking / the ground etc - so if anyone's thinking of popping in there at all - might see you there!

As already mentioned by Dave, the Firkin (at Shepherds Bush) could now be an O'neils, but still hope to see you in there...
