Getting my tickets soon-reckon could be a big Palace turnout. 1500+ Does anyone know whats the nearest station?

Went to Brisbane Road last year for the Hull game and away fans are giving the dodgy north terrace, like Stockports away terrace-no cover.

Good pub nearby on Leyton High Rd, Coach & Horses

I know it doesn't really matter, but the match tickets are a joke - they are the most unproffessional tickets in ages.
Last time I saw such a poor efford in ticket design was the terrace tickets for Hull away (League Cup 98) which were printed "Attraction Special" rather than Hull v Palace!

Have to agree with that, they don't even have Leyton Orients name on them. i guess someone drew it and then photocopied it

Anyone know where the nearest train station is and how to get there from east croydon? Speak slow-ly because this is the first time I'm taking the train to an away match

Found out myself. Central line to Leyton, then 1/4 mile walk to the ground. All sorted now! Thanks for the help

Should be good atmosphere at this game, especially with the whole ground singing "Stand up if you hate Brighton"

It should be friendly around London as well with Cardiff going to Millwall.

London Bridge could well be a horror story. :vader:

Was going to boycott this thread because someone decided to name it the "Worthless" Cup - Have you got a short memory? Noone was calling it that last year!

I will be there at Brisbane road, driving down from Ipswich with an O's fan. Will be good to stand on a terrace again.

The club shop are saying the same thing. Allocation of around 2000, but you have to buy them from CPFC

But the ground holds about 12000 - how are they going to stop the rest of us getting in?

Do you think there will be a lot of Palace there?

I don't see why not. For all those who work in the city it's practically on their doorstep and London Bridge is only a short journey from SE London. Mind you it might be advisable to come back through Victoria, especially those wearing colours.

..and even closer if you work in Canary Wharf:)

Nothing to worry about. London Br to East Croydon - platform 5. New X to London Bridge - platforms 7+. We'll be no where near the Millwall/Cardiff scum.
