Fancy a beer but none in house and no way of getting any.

Thus have the following potential cocktail ingredients:

Orange Juice
Apple Juice

Napelon Brandy
JD
Southern Comfort
Archers
Teachers Whiskey
Toilet duck

Any suggestions? I'd go with the 'all-in-one-glass' option and see how you go.

Well I have a load of home-made wine just arrived from Croatia, Day of the Triffids (1981) to watch and a Chilli to eat.

Works for me.

I'm to tired to do anything tonight so in my jammies, thinking about watching a film, have clerks 1, cable guy, mean girls or the sum of all fears. I don't know which one to pick tho!

Me I think. I have to drive to Wales at 5 tomorrow morning (missing what promises to be the hottest weekend in London this year), so it's a bit of crap telly, one or two cans, and then bed. :(

It's no use asking the people on this thread for suggestions on getting a life :)

I am sure once upon a time I used to be interesting and have a life - buggered if I can remember it though.

I know - it's all cool but it's not a "life" as defined by actually going out in the evening which I haven't done for about 400 years. :)

:) Going out is not the be all and end all ....having a man you can trust and loves you more than life itself means more and that little baby depends and adores you, you are the most important person in his life (I used to be with mine but they grow up and don't need you any more :( )

Well I am short of a wife at the moment.

You can happily wash and iron some clothes for me if you want. Dont worry about any of the other stuff, she will be back soon.

i wouldnt say the saddest friday night but i did recieve/find out about some shocking news.

a girl i went to primary and junior school with, and who lived at the end of my road in old coulsdon until the age of about 12, had her throat slit in perugia. i feel quite strange about the whole thing - i havent seen her for about 10 years, but i do remember her clearly.

i remember her always reading a lot of books, in fact i couldnt believe that she wrote her first 'book' or rather extended story at age 9 or thereabouts. i didnt know her well enough to miss her, but it is nevertheless absolutely horrific what happened to her.

a strange friday night.

Just noticed a story on said girl's (Meredith Kercher) death on page 4 of yesterday's Indy. The police theory appears to be that the girl's flatmate along with her boyfriend and the girl's boss were responsible for killing her after she resisted a group rape - then they themselves called the police. Horrendous.

All four of us have vommed in various doses over the past 48 hours so I am playing chess on my new (second) favourite website redhotpawn.

I am pleased to say I won the award for most inappropriate place to be sick though. Although both my son and Mrs Justin had been repeatedly sick in the night I felt fine to go to work. Rather unfortunately I realised this was the wrong choice as I threw up 6 times on the side of the road between Shortlands and Bromley!

It used to be alright.

Now we sometimes (3/4 times a season) go in there early for football on a saturday, from 10-Midday/1pm and it's fine, it's fairly quiet at that time and the bookies is opposite, as is the train to Selhurst/NJ.

I used to know the Assistant Manager very well, which reduced the cost further ;).

Ah, the Whispering Mood as we used to call it :D You get quite a few youngster from the AWM in their on a Saturday before going to Palace. La Bomb can sometimes be spotted grabbing a crafty pint in there when he's been up the High Street.

This is the weekend for me and I'm shitting it. Quiet Friday night before I head for London tomorrow, staying with a friend in North London on Saturday night then heading for Wembley to meet up with a few people I know, then the game. It's all new for me. Last time it was Cardiff but I'm glad to be back in London, love the place.

Got a tube map and have to head for Cockfosters (snigger) tomorrow when I get into Victoria. So if you see a short, unshaven bloke looking tired sitting aimlessly on a tube train looking confused - hello there.

I am still at work (been in since 6am). About to leave - go home -- and collapse. Pretty sad friday night, but it's been a rough week

Me.
Just eaten a bowl of no point veg soup (••••••• Weight Watchers) and I have a jacket spud to follow, with beans, whooopiedo, the I may have a yoghurt.
I would like chocolate, a fag and several large Bacardis - oh and a hot bloke would go down well, if you get my drift.
