A custom one... attached. Works for me, 2 league titles and 2 runners up with Spurs.

The one I gave to people a while back it still works a treat. Best place to get cheap decent players for Palace is Sweden, especially Halmsted. Send the scouts over there as soon as you start the game and you can normally pick players up for £250k. Also, sign Marco Negri on a free from Rangers banging them in for fun (ooh er!). Unfortunately you have to seel some players and Steve Tomo is a good start at £500k, Matt Greg another. :p
