For the risk of being crucified i want to go on Saturday but dont feel that i should be purchasing a membership at 40.00 to obtain tickets for the Championship!

Im after 2 tickets in the holmesdale lower if anyone has any spares, i'm assuming that this part of the ground will sell out before the day but tickets will be available for the athur and main stand on the day?

Why do you need to buy a membership? Is it members only?

Yeah but according to this (http://forums.cpfc.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=157297) those 'evil' bastards from Charlton are going to be lording it in them (as well as buying tickets in our home end) so I'd say you're best off going straight to the ground :D :D :D

That's what they've said on last couple of home matches v us. full of sh*te. Especially last time they were in 2nd tier. They gave it biggun gonna take this and that pub etc. Well even when Brendan the then port manor landlord said he'd let em in, they didn't come in and take it over. true internet stuff. drink for palace sing for palace don't be put off.

I don't think two charlton fans will make too much of a difference no matter how "evil" they are.

It's not all ticket as far as I know. Not sure whether to leave it till the day or not. It's no way gonna be a sell out. If we top 20,000 I'd be surprised. Even with the hoardes of thermos wielding day trippers who took the wrong bus thinking they were going to Bluewater.

Well i managed to get holmesdale lower tickets today no problem at all, he even gave me a choice as of where to sit! I honestly thought this area would be sold out - maybe it will by the day but i agree, i doubt there will be much over 20,00 there.

Would be great to fill selhurst and get a real atmosphere going but i've a horrible feeling it'll be another anti climax!

No you don't, you just need to register as a member of the ticketing section of the website, which is separate from your cpfc.co.uk membership. It costs nothing.
