Much has been made of the cost of food inside the stadium, but I had a decent enough meal and was quite happy.

For the record, it was a large burger, chips and large diet Coke (yes I know) for £7.50. The chips were really nice and not the soggy type you would expect.

Beer was expensive at £3.50 a bottle (thinking about it, bit strange allowing bottles), can't remember the price of a draught beer but I don't think it was too outrageous.

There was no beer for sale last night. Didnt see any burgers either, just hot dogs, pies and pizza.

someone near me had fish and chips - it smelled very nice!

personally I stopped at KFC at Baker Street on the way there and got better value, but if you do buy food in the ground, it does appear to be popular in spite of the price so it can't be too bad at all

Is expensive - £5.50 for a hot dog & coke (£3.90 for hot dog on its own) -
haven't tried one myself, but my nephew seems to want one each match!

I've only tried a pie - £6 for that & a coke. When asked what pies they had, was offered beef, chicken or vegetable. Opted for the beef & although looked nothing special - cracked pastry/dry looking - was lovely inside, bolognese style & really yummy - would recommend!

Oh & the fish & chips do smell yummy!

Wasn't possible and after arriving at Wembley Stadium Station the option was to head back out to the High Street or buy something inside. For the sake of a couple of quid it's worth just getting in.

Hotdog and a coke £5.50, quite nice though although there was a distinct lack of onions.

Yeah I had two kids with me, who insist on no onions - it wasn't even an option! :D

Have had a cheeseburger at Wembley for £5, was determined to hate it and slag it off at that price but it was actually very good.
