Old news. Plus a murderer.

Funnily enough, I had this strong urge to fess up to the police about the jelly I nicked from Woolworth when I was 9.

I thought telling the whole of my Sunday School class about my sin would have eased my conscience, but alas, no.

I still can't look at those jellies without a tinge of remorse.

Every thread is one of those threads. :)

Not really.

Every now and again, a thread comes up where everyone has an opinion on it - the Madeleine McCann one springs to mind. Not that I want a little girl kidnapped, of course.

But we need a thread where we can all state our opinions, have them sla**ed off, get in a ruck with another BBSer etc. etc. etc.

:)

I do appreciate every day is like that for you, but I'm in the mood for a good rant

I did one of those days where you have falcons and other birds land on your arm - I can't for the life of me remember what it's called

Anyway, they send the birds of prey up in the air, and I stood in the middle of the field with my arm out and they came and landed on my arm. Then I had to give them a little reward, which was either a dead chick or a piece of dead mouse :(

But apart from that, it was lovely to be able to stroke those birds, including the owls.

Jive talking.

The song was originally called "Drive Talking". The song's rhythm was modelled after the sound a car would make crossing the bridge from Biscayne Bay into Miami. The sound of the car's tires were making a "Chicka, Chicka, Chicka," sound, which was used vocally before the group sings the title of the song.

I learnt that today, which is apt.
