Andy Burton has added to his excellent artwork from the Palace Echo site. Checkout the dodgy yellow home kit from 1963!

The black kit from 93-94 is missing

Maybe that's because we never wore it. We got relegated and the Endsleigh didn't allow it, but Noades still sold it in the club shop though! And remember the crap quality of those Ribero shirts. The bloody collars always curled up as well.

I really liked that black, so much so I bought one. To correct you chocky, we did wear it once, a pre season friendly at Crawley Town.
As it was supposed to be an exhibition kit, I couldn't beleive we didn't wear it away to Derry City in the mid season friendly.

Even if they did you'd have been too ars*holed to remember! Probably.
Personally I really like the red and blue stripes, it's a shame they don't do a replica of the red and blue 70's shirt, a top we could really wear with pride!. As a club we seem to have generally lost our way and this is shown in our present kit with a red home shirt, although it seems the will of our sponsers is more influencial than the traditions of CPFC. I also have a soft spot for the Don Rodgers Claret & Blue halves kit although maybe this has something to do with us thrashing man utd in it.

To true Chocky, I am usually wasted at most away games, and even the odd home one. Personally I think this years home kits, along with the away kits from 1983-84 season are the worse kits Palace have had the misfortune to run out to.

Fantastic! Well done Andy Burton or Chocky for getting it on here - or whatever, whoever.
Favourite kit has got to be the home kit from 1970 - first time in the First Div and so on. Personally, I wish we still played in claret and blue (yeah, I know it’s not the original ORIGINAL colours etc and we nicked it from Villa or whatever) - it looked the business and still could in a modern design. Maybe one day......
Meantime, the current passion with all-red (or near as damn it) is distinctly dodgy - whilst we play in red’n’blue, then let it be both, for heaven’s sake. Best red’n’blue for me is the Andy Roberts kit of 1997.
I think we all agree on the best away, don’t we? Yellow + Light Blue from 1995 (“Brazil” strip) - or earlier version?
