Ok, so I know it's a dead system as far as the future is concerned, but as I have a PC and a PS1 and my girlfriend has a PS2 - I was well chuffed when she bought me one for Christmas.
Thing is - can anyone who's got one recommend any games for it?

MSR (metropolis street racer) is a car racing game...absolute class game:p
I also like Vitua Tennis it's very addictive....

I've got one.
The only half decent football game is UEFA Striker, not bad but nowehere near ISS for the Playstation.
Virtua Tennis 2 is just out and blinding - though not all that different from its predecessor, apart from you get to play with women (did that sound dodgy? ;) ). Definitely a recommendation.
If you like fighting games, snap up Marvel Vs Capcom 2 at the earliest opportunity. Ultimate Fighting Championship is also a fantastic game, combining boxing/ wrestling/ streetfighting/ jitsu tremendously well.
Sonic Adventure 2 and Crazy Taxi 2 are also solid games that'll keep you ticking over.
Hope that helps!

Get any of these, or all if you are rich.
Skies Of Arcadia (Best game by a mile)
Shenmue 1 & 2
Headhunter
Metropolis Street Racer
Crazy Taxi 1 & 2
Samba de Amigo
Sonic 1 & 2
Jet Grind Radio
Grandia
Virtua Tennis 1 & 2
Confidential Mission (If you have the gun thing)
All the football games are rubbish so don't bother with any of them. Dreamcast is a very under-rated system with some great games. Just wait till the Gamecube comes out (It will blow everything else away), i already have one and it's wicked.

I forgot Soul Calibur (the best fighting game around).

I've got one and I still love it and play on it a lot.
There are a ton of good games out for it - it's just a shame that Sega didn't get there marketing right and that some companies like EA chickened out and stayed away (which ironically they could end up regretting).
Games are still trickling out of the US and Japan - so all is not dead yet. If you can pick up one cheap (which you will on Ebay) then I'd recommend getting one.

Yeah it's terrible (don't get it). As i said before don't get any of the footie games coz there all rubbish. Get I.S.S. for the N64 or P.E.S. for the playstation.

Well, one month after the event and I have quite literally bought up as much as I can........
Anyone who's still looking at getting games should check out Bromley as loads of bargains are to be had.
Bought 6 games yesterday for the princely sum of £30 - and 3 of them were brand new! :)

If you like RPGs try Shenmue 1 and 2. Get number 1 first though. Although you will probably be addicted :)
Virtua Tennis is really good as well - especially multiplayer :p

Hi, This is the son of Gooders , and I have a dreamcast (70 quid off a mate) , which I brought to fill the gap between the N64 and the Gamecube (Can't Wait!!) , but as it turns out, It has turned out to be a good purchase! I can recommend the best and worst games in my opinion.
Virtua Tennis 2 - An outstanding game, create a player, improve them, buy them new equipment, buy new courts, train, and the graphics are superb!
Jet Set Radio - By far the most original and addictive game i have played in some time, Cartoony, but grown up at the same time! The idea is to skate around towns and spraypaint things whilst outrunning the police and even the army! You can even make your own graffiti designs!
Phantasy Star Online - If you have online capabilities, get this, and If you don't, get it anyway because it is still superb offline! A great Rpg, behind Skies Of Arcadia!
Soul Calibur - This is the best Fighting game ever. Period. ( well until SC II on the Gamecube anyway! :D
The House of The Dead II AND Light guns! - Amazing, the item gain mode will keep you coming for Zombie blasting Fun!!
GAMES I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH - Hidden and Dangerous
(good concept but the controls are AWFUL!) :veryangry
