View Full Version : Gazza or Le Tiss?

Had an argument last night with my Pompey supporting housemate (desperate times = desperate measures etc) last night on who we would prefer at our respective clubs - Gazza or Le Tiss. Argued that wouldn't want either but if had to make a choice then it would be Le Tiss to transform our dead ball antics and that we may get to see his missus in the crowd. What do you reckon?

Le Tiss....he would end up our top scorer if we got him.

Without doubt Le Tissier. He's not the wife beating, drunken lunatic that Gazza was / is. He's a more genuine and sensible chap, and the last thing we need at Palace is a celebrity player milking his ego.

Any time - At least he is match fit, and has still got the football brain capable of passing out of division one. That is up and not down.
We can but dream..............

Just imagine having Le Tiss curling in superb crosses all day for Leon to sky over the bar - fantastic.
I'd have Gazza,as it'd be cheaper to have his name on your shirt.

Le Tiss... at least we wouldn't have any more embarrasing penalty misses. (But with Palace's luck, the penalties would dry up if Le Tiss signed).

Gazza, just so we can say we had the player who could have been one of the best midfielders of all time. Seems to be looking a bit fitter now anyway.

le tissier by some margin. gascoigne is always likely to get sent off.

Sorry, Have I missed something?
Who's Le Tiss married too?

Le Tiss is married to that woman from home & away. Her character is called Marilyn, and she's married to Donald Fisher.
I'd definitely prefer Le Tiss to Gazza, purely because he doesn't have half as many personal problems.

Le Tiss, Gazza match fit (!) your havin a Giraffe aint cha! Le Tiss is a player who can change the course of a game, with Gazza its another story.

Le Tiss, so we can all start wearing wonky nose/dodgy teeth kits as with Lombardo slaphead get ups!

GAZZA without a doubt, for a starters he is still a different class and secondly it might be a laugh if he started drinking with five bellies locally
