Installing Microsoft Office 2007

As my trial period for Office 2007 will expire at the end of the month, I bought the home and student version as managed to get hold of it cheap from PC World.

However, having installed it (well, thinking I had) when i try and use word etc it still says I am using the trial version.

I have tried deleting Office and re-installing, but this still happens. :veryangry

Also, when I try and enter my product key to upgrade the trial version, it says the key is invalid. :veryangry

Any ideas how I get this to work, or have I chucked my money down the drain? :sob:

Take it back to the shop and complain like f*ck. You've paid for it, you should have it working or have a refund.

If you decide to quit then you can always use Open Office, its free and will does the stuff you need, and it uses MS Office file extensions.

Sorted it now. Seems that I hadn't deleted the trial version fully, so that was over-riding the new version I had installed. Have got rid of the trial fuly now.
