Yeah mate, that was a great occasion - What an atmosphere! But the 1990 Semi-Final has got to be my favourite of them all. I'm only 20 so again, my 'Palace moments' memory is not quite as full as some of the other oldies on the BBS, but that day, build-up and everything, was supremely special.
'John Pemberton....a lovely run early on.....' - You know the rest.....

The Pardew goal in the 90 semi has to be tops. Or the Dave Madden penalty in the play offs. Or even Wright's 2 goals against Oldham when he came on as sub coz you knew you were looking at someone special. The list is endless.

The moment the ref blew the whistle at Villa Park in 1990. Sheer pandemonium and more tears than I've ever seen before or since....

Villa Park '90 but i think you have to widen it to the weeks and months after it as well. I remember queueing round Sainsburys and the exec. car parks for final Tickets and the belief that we could beat Utd. Plus the first Final was a great day out but no-one remembers the 'Ian Wright' Final they just remember his '179 Just done it!' but that was Wright at his best and was probably one of the greatest roles played by any English striker especially on that sort of stage!
Other good memories - 1st time at wembley for the centenary thingy
Hopkins Curler.
'The last stand' - not even Watford winning ruined that day!
And then there is the events of 10 days ago!

Forgot to add the atmosphere against Blackburn last season was sensational and the after match celebrations too. We all thought it couldn't be beaten for a league game atmosphere but 8 days later safety already guaranteed and Tranmere was a fantastic day out. How many other away teams were still in the grounds when we finallt filtered out? Coppell throwing his Jaket into the crowd when he hadn't been wearing one all game?
My final point on this is we all have our favourite Palace moments and whilst supporters of other teams don't see any significance in them it is what makes this club the greatest on earth!

Probably not quite as important as we thought at the time... but the win at Highbury, 2-1, October 1st 1994. Hugging complete strangers and celebrating as if we'd won the European Cup. Brilliant.
Who'd ever have thought Arsenal would be one of the few teams to actually help us out a bit during administration?

I think it has to be the Jordan takeover. I genuinely envisaged some sort of Palace 2000, playing in the 'Durex Condoms' Division 5 Southern Amateur League this coming season, until the recent good news.
Pitch wise, beating Man U 5-0 in 1972, and Leeds and particularly Liverpool in the 76 and 90 FA Cups were sweet.

Got to be the 90 semi. Special for lots of reasons, but mainly because it came after 21 years of waiting to go to Wembley. Also I was with my son that day and the suffering during the last 5 minutes followed by the feelings at the final whistle can never be repeated.

1. Wrighty scoring equaliser against Man U at Wembley after coming on as sub...I turned round and hugged a stranger...
2. Villa Park...Supa Al's goal and it's aftermath...imagine a bloke somewhat taller than Micky Droy (but not as ugly, of course http://www.cpfc.org/ubb/sarcblink.gif ) blubbing like a baby with pure happiness...that was me that was. The service stations down the motorway on the way home, a sea of red and blue...
3. Another trip back from Birmingham having just witnessed a bunch of Brazilians...er no actually it was Palace...take the piss out of opposition like I'd never seen before, to the tune of a 6 nil tonking...(OK Birmingham were crap that year)
