I had a hairdresser appointment on Saturday, and when I got there I sat in the chair and dithered about whether I wanted it cut or not.

So in the end, he just trimmed my fringe up for me.

It isn't a wet to straight one. It's getting hot, it just made my hair sort of kink out. Looks like I've been hit by 240 volts :)

No. My hair is straight anyway. It's just straighteners normally give it a bit of body and make it look a bit sleeker.

Well I'm back. Cake made and out of the oven.

Slight problem though.

I only had 2 eggs. I forgot to buy the eggs.

I could only make half a Victoria sandwich :(

I'll have to cut it in half and butter ice and jam one half of the half and stick the other half of the half on top.

At least it will solve the who's having a piece problem though.

It was from Croydon Council, informing me that there had been a complaint about my overhanging bushes in my front garden :confused:

The letter says I have to trim the bush back and they hope I comply to avoid further action being taken :confused:

I want to know who, in my road, felt the need to complain to Croydon Council about non-existent overhanging bushes and, more to the point, why they felt they couldn't just knock on my door and speak to me.
