do you know the 'nutter in the hat' who was selling t-shirts in Sardinia? I know he was Palace. What happened to him?

...... I was ony 13-14 at the time and I heard that Newsroom Southeast were at the Clifton the friday before the Cup final. I went down there on my bike. He was being interviewed and I kept trying to get my head in the frame. When the interviewer moved onto someone else he turned round and pushed me out the way. I kept Sticking my head in and he kept pushing..... I later saw him on the front page of The Sun as he was leading and marshalling the England Hooligans on the streets at Italia '90. They said he was banned from every football ground in the country I then realised who I had been messing with!!!

I think his name was Chris Wright and the only other thing I remember was that he had named his house Selhurst Park

I seem to recall he was banned by Noades from Selhurst park when he was involved in a fans group.
I heard from some-one that the incidents in Italy were journalistic licence and it was a fun walk he was involved in, but that would ruin a good story,
