I thought i had one bet after this. Looks like it might not matter either way - you are the boss (and I cant be bothered to go through all the thread to count up!).

Truthfully at this point I can't either. Players will need to check that on their own. In cases of "conflict" I will of course have a look.

I have no idea. I never bet on football. I need someone to confirm whether the bet is void if the player doesn't play please.

Mind you, I'm due a bit of luck after being relegated to 3rd place in my group by a guy that thought he was betting on corners and then found out he was betting on the score.

If the player does not start the game and either doesn't play at all or comes on after a goal is scored then all bookies refund this bet so he should get the bet again (it's the rule we apply in the monthly)

As soon as he comes on at 0-0 then the bet is active but am assuming that wasn't the case here

I am assuming I get Paraguay and you get Slovakia for the next round.
I believe the way it should work is if you qualified and your team qualified then you keep your team. If you qualified but your team didn't then look at the other qualifier in your group, if their team qualified then you automatically get the other team that went through. However if (like in group F) neither player who qualifieds team went through then the winner of the group gets the top team and the 2nd place qualifier get the second place team in their group. Clear as mud :D
