And some male baby grows would be nice. Not sure if you can get them in the club shop, but there isn't any online.

I'm sure CPFC2010 have cleared the sale of the shirt - they are now in charge of the running of the club.

The shop is run by JustSport, basically a retail partner of Nike's.

From what was said earlier this year, Jordan's CPFC received a lump sum for the contract. Once certain sales targets are hit, the club would receive a bonus depending on the number of shirts sold. If we got anything extra last season, it was nominal.

CPFC2010 might not have to keep the contract agreed by Jordan, but I imagine that they are doing so.

I can't imagine such news being announced on the official website if it wasn't cleared by CPFC2010.

Again, I don't understand why the new regime has to honour contracts for merchandising and catering that were signed up to by a company that effectively no longer exists?

The important question here is: Is the shirt blue with red stripes or red with blue stripes? I personally think its blue with red stripes....

The kit is certainly different to the other stuff & well french influence aside, why would we ditch Nike, probably the biggest sports manufacturer in the world. As everyone says our gang of 4 are pretty savy so unlikely they'd do that.

In reality, we are in June & the shirts are coming out this week, even after the vote a couple of months ago.

How fast could they do a deal with someone else, that involves us, & then to get them manufactured & in the shops during the summer, when we shift a lot. Trying to do a deal this late on, any kit manuf' would hold 2010 over a barrel coz they'd hold all the aces.

I agree that there would not have been time to change shirt manufacturers for the forthcoming season, but surely it will be looked at next year ,if the club (2010 era) aren't getting any money from it. Personally I'd rather have an Errea shirt over Nike, not manufactured through child labour and more of the profits going to the club.

I got a small and for me it isn't tight fitting. It is actaully a really nice material as well if anyone is interested/agrees.
It isn't as close fitting as the last Nike home top if that helps at all.

There should be some pics of the new shirt coming up on here shortly. I have just tried to post them, but because I am new I think they are being checked.
The new kit is awesome. I really like the colours of the red and blue stripes.
It feels good quality as well when you touch it and wear it.
I got a small too I agree it isn't tight fitting, although I am quite slim.
The gold edged letters and numbers look good on the back of the shirt too.

:)Looks nice and bright. Unlike last year's Barça rip off colours. Don't get me wrong, I like Barça's colours and I have last year's shirt. But we are red n blue, not blaugrana. I've a few Nike footie shirts and like Umbro I find them generous in cut, unlike say Adidas and Puma.

I got mine Saturday morning.

Again, the back is designed to look silly unless you shell out 12 quid for a name and number.

The conversation went something lime this:

Me: Can I have Clyne and no 2 on the back please.
Them: No - that won't be possible.
Me: Ok - what about Hill and no 3?
Them: Try again
Me: Derry and no 4?
Them: Security, security, please come to the club shop urgently, we have a piss taker here.....

I think they are the same style font yea. I didn't get last years home. I do remember from games I saw though the lettering was white with gold edging so they are probably keeping it the same.

The strangest part is the fact the front of the shirt is prodominantly Red yet the back is a block of blue.

Don't like the back of the shirt. It looks like someone has nailed on a big blue patch to accommodate the shirt number as an afterthought. Why can't the white number just go over the stripes? t'would look far more fetching.
