I had "proper" jet lag for the first time the other week when I came home from Asia (as opposed to a day of being out of sorts). I usually get back on track within a day max but this time it took me about a week of waking up at 3am every morning and falling asleep at about 9pm. Weird as these times we not Asia wakey up or sleepy times either.

Me too mate, should know soon I think. I have no idea why anyone would think he's unsettled. He's a very sensible and intelligent chap with a level head on him - he's also a true professional and I sincerely doubt that he's unsettled in any way. If he goes then I'll be very sad but he'll go with my full support because he's given us so much over the years. Who'd have thought he'd become such a cult hero? I remember his first game and it was a nightmare!
