Well my success has been down to a radical change of diet: basically as little milk products and carbs as poss (carbs bit is very difficult due to beer), reduced portion sizes and substitute one meal a day with fruit.
Because of my bad back/leg I 've hardly done any exercise.

From what I can remember it's pretty much controlling the pain and swelling and that's where the kryo cuff comes in. http://www.physioroom.com/product/Aircast_Knee_Cryo_Cuff_with_Cooler/2272/35982.html this shows you what it looks like. You'll need a large supply of ice as that's what you put in the container with some water. You just refresh it every few hours or so.

Bit indifferent about the baseball at the mo tbh. Still too early in the season and footy isn't finished quite yet.
Best game so far that I've seen was the Giants v Mets on Wednesday this week. Lincecum was AWESOME!
Yesterday's game was a decent day out in the sun. 2nd string Giants team tbh and the Mets are, well, the Mets, if you get my meaning. But a good day all the same.

Not quite, although I like that idea! Sorry was a comedy series with Ronnie Corbett. He lived at home with his very domineering mother and if ever she didn't like his language she would say "Language Timothy"!! Great little programme!

I used to drink in the same pub as James Hunt. The Alma in Wandsworth. Great guy. (maybe he'd been in there the night before the squash game with Paul!)
Great pub for a Sunday morning hair of the dog Bloody Mary followed by full English.
Ahhhhh, them were the days!

Yes, what do you reckon?
well you're so far ahead in both categories it's not much of a competition for you, unless you get off with just passing certain milestones. so going back to zero would allow you to get in the thick of things again.
Or were you perhaps meaning everyone goes back to zero?
Either way I wouldn't mind. Right now my goal is to overtake mrgins.
