The George next to the Anglican Church (St Albans?) just beside Whitehorse Lane.
A good proxy is going on Setanta's web site: the pubs that carry Setanta are genuine Irish pubs (as in used by the Irish community as opposed to the "Oirish pubs" such as O'Neills - owned by multi-national Six Incontinents (ex-Bass Plc))

Cheers guys
You're all mad! Ireland's games will be on everywhere that has a screen, just like every other game in the tournament. You'd be hard pressed not to see them.
