Louis, that bet isn't possible in real life is it? I'm not even sure what the 2nd part is?? Over 4.5 goals doubled up with Uzbekistan winning would be way more than evens even if it were possible. Can you clarify and check it's possible in real life (I can check for you if you don't have an account with them, you don't need money in it to check though)

It is not only possible, I just placed it myself with Bet 365 ;)

First part: Ubekistan or Draw
Second part: Uzbekistan to get more than 4.5 corners

Australia should be favourites but I think there is some value with Uzbekistan given the odds - they have more flair as a team and perhaps a little more pace. But I think the Aussies beat them in the qualifiers. I think it will be close, just like the Japan - S Korea game is.

(P.S. I'll probably be wrong about the above = an easy win for Australia ;))

The thing is I tend to go for the underdogs (Uzbekistan in this case) and Australia beat them the last couple of times they played (World Cup qualifiers), the last time being in April 2009. So that means you should discount my prefence for the Uzbeks.

Another pattern I've noticed is that in Semi-Finals, ONE of the outsiders often qualifies. Going into the games today, the favourites were Japan and Australia - and Japan have just beaten South Korea on penalties ... I haven't researched or tested this idea, it's just something I've noticed.

Well I don't think Aus have a great side at the moment so if you say that Uzbeks have more pace and flair then am happy to take them at 4.4, will probably lay some of it off if they take the lead.

Before I forget, from this year we'll be having a competition running throughout the year which will be scored at the end of each month. Scoring similar to F1 so planning as follows

Winner = 10pts
2nd = 7pts
3rd = 5pts
4th = 4pts
5th = 3pts
6th = 2pts
7th = 1pt

Am also planning to go back and score previous years though I expect the results to more or less tie in with Stigs winners.

Just a bit more fun and come December should add a bit of spice.

Agree, these two are duplicate bets and should count as only one... But will let the judges ruling to confirm, of cuz... ( not that it will matter, hopefully)

I'm no expert (first time in the Betting Masters) and it's not my intention to fvck anyone off but Coral took both bets so I assumed I can submit them on here.
