Was just wondering if any of you that have been to the Ricoh Arena before ever parked in the Tesco or Pizza Hut Car Park and then walked across to the stadium without having any problems?

Coventry charge and extorinate amount to park in their car parks so was looking for alternatives.

if you can get to car park B at the Ricoh it's 7

Otherwise, here you go - 5 on the day or pay in advance for 4.35

I assume it's current.

I always use these people. Very well run. Straight off of motorway. Near away pub. A good 15 min fast walk to ground though.

I booked through those people and can't remember if I'm supposed to take an email confirmation with me.

I hope not because I can't find it :(

Eaglesboy2 is right. They'll have your reg on their clipboard.
You have made a good decision booking there (like the good decision to watch my silky footballing skills on Saturday).

If you spend 25 in Tesco then parking is free. Stick your receipt on the dashboard. At the cup game we bought 25 of beer and were sorted.

One of the journos at the League game, last year, chanced it and the next time I saw him, he was moaning about getting clamped there.

I was looking at the Coventry web-site yesterday and I think I'm going to aim for one of the 'Park and Walk' car parks. Number 3 is looking favorite.

The Palace programme on Saturday spoke of free parking on Holmesdale Road !? (Not in SE25 to get the coach I trust)

Around 1pm ish. Will go to the Black Horse Pub. You? Not really worth sharing is it unless you want to drive to Malvern and I will drive us to Coventry?

I've already booked the parking so we'll meet you in the pub. I'm sure we went to the Black Horse last time so think I know where it is.

Will probably leave Gloucester about 11-11:30 so hopefully get there by 12:30ish. I'll get them in!:p

Nice one Gazza2. Just booked up this, seems as cheap as anywhere and by all accounts easy to get back on the motorway afterwards, Near a pub too if we get there in good time. :p
