Think Tuesday was my favourite day of the meeting this year, scanned through Friday and there's only 5 horses i've followed closely. And they're all in the Gold Cup which makes it even tougher, so basically i've followed the back Ruby at Cheltenham method. :D

Anyway:

If you're familiar with Excel it should take about 2mins per race to do once all the bets are in (probably still waiting for 4 or 5 people to put theirs up)

Mind you I think some (Gooders in particular) turned a decent profit in real life, no winners on day 3 and day 4 meant it was a poor one for me

I did - especially considering I didn't have any winners on Wednesday or Friday!

I sometimes put up horses on here that I didn't back in a kind of reverse psychology exercise. It worked this year, so no complaints.

Thanks for running it Fin, very enjoyable again. Cheltenham really is a 4 day event and this comp makes it feel that way rather than just the one day of racing most other festivals feel like.

Pleased with 5th, turned a small profit as well, thanks to lumping on Long Run.

Had 5 winners in all, although only put 4 on here, and must have about the same again for 2nds, so at least i was picking horses with a chance.

Had 5 winners in all, although only put 4 on here, and must have about the same again for 2nds, so at least i was picking horses with a chance.

Exactly the same for me - 5 winners and 5 seconds.

I was extremely lucky to have put 3 of them in the one bet.

Enjoyable week of racing, shame I was skint and couldnt play for real, may be a blessing in disguise though

I think that last year it was decided that as Palace were at home at 3pm it wasn't really worth it, same applies this year I guess, plus I'll probably be in the pub for the Friday racing so can't really run it
