I am totally baffled by the football league on there decisions Wrexham who could get promoted by the play offs which would generate extra income enabling them to pay off bills get hit with a transfer embargo at this vital stage of the season.

Hasn't the transfer and loan window shut?

You cant just change the rules because a team has a chance of making the play offs. What happens if they did let wrexham spend more money that they dont have and then they dont get promoted. They end up owing more money they cant pay off.
You cant have one rule for one club and another for the rest (unless alex fergie's the manager)

What league does the transfer window go down to?
Meaningless for League clubs certainly but conference?

I don't think the transfer window applies to conference level or below

Surely this is nothing to do with the Football League?

surely you could argue that by spending money on the playing squad and not on bills gives them an unfair advantage over those who live within their current means?

I'm sure the FAW will get them out of it
