information from a good source tell me that we are going to buy another one of your washed up players in the next two days,Clinton Morrison.I'm told that you bunch of losers have to sell a million pound player by transfer deadline day and Charlton are the only team to show any interest.

Personally i would leave well alone and let you tossers go under after selling us that donkey Swede Svensson.

CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gosh I didn't know that basic computing was on Primary School ciricula
Could James please move this idiot's ramblings the the correct Forum.
In the absence of a School Playtime Forum possibly the Away Fans Forum would do.
Then when I log for a look at adult conversation I wont have to keep seeing this piece of turd.

I watched Sunday's match and Svensson's performance did get me wondering. Compared to the way he performed for us in the last three months it was pretty bad. He's now getting paid (probably more), he's surrounded by better quality players (allegedly) and he's in a team doing much better. Why is he playing crap then? The only reasons I can think of are team spirit, crowd support and respect for the manager - all things that can't be bought.

It is amazing how someone can be so ignorant yep confidently talk out of their arse!

Yes you are the only team to show 'any' interest in our players. That is why your scouts have not been noticed at the last couple of games unlike those of Leicester, Foolham and various others looking at morrison and Mullins. All i can say is i am glad morrison is out of position and mullins is getting no help in midfield as they aren't looking very good - therefore noone will buy them!

i suppose we'll sign kitson along with sheringham, wooter, cottee and every other tom, dick and harry we've been linked with over the past 2 weeks.....
at least we've got money to spend mind you!!
blackburn may be a good place to get some bargains at the minute cos they've got a massive squad and souness will probably want to dump a load of them for 'rebuilding' purposes! i'm gutted we didn't sign per frandsen earlier in the season before blackburn got in - or it could be that curbs heard that bolton had a decent central midfielder and went out and bought the wrong one?!?!?!?!?!?!

I'm sure you'll be interested in buying some greats like Redfearn (again), and Dean Saunders. I'm afraid the only thing you'll be taking fron us, is the Yo-Yo title.

i don't know about buying redfearn back, but i suppose danny mills could be a possibility. he hasn't started many games for leeds this season after all...

as for saunders, well isn't it about time palarse bought another ageing veteran...

Doesn't the guy who started this thread sound like someone who wouldn't dream of supporting 'his team' if they were'nt top of the league? His pathetic ramblings sound like those of a Moan United fan, I'm sure he'll soon be back following the essex reds.

As far as Matt Sven is concerned I think he was a fairly average player who thrived at a struggling club where he was always guarenteed a game, but I don't think he was a very good buy for a team with a fair bit of quality up front. However they got him for a pittance so it is no real lose to them if he doesn't perform. We miss him though.

Why oh why are you bothering to answer to this t*** from SE7.

His team are nothing on and off the field.

22-03-2000, 12:16 AM
Stumpy, time to face reality look where they are 13 points clear at the top and with a large wedge of money .
We will be lucky to live with them on Saturday .

Baldingeagle,who do you support???
Now think about your replies first!!!

Lucky to live with them ????, Swindon beat them last week at their own place. And if they can do it, so can we. Lets stop this negative thinking bullsh*t and get behind our team, they may be top of the league, but we are STILL Sth London's finest.

From: The Mirror
Charlton hope to sign West Ham striker Paul Kitson today. The First Division leaders will take Kitson on loan until the end of the season with a view to making the move permanent in the summer.

23-03-2000, 06:54 PM
Die schtinken von fumenburger ya?

24-03-2000, 12:00 AM
Looks like it's going to be bad day Saturday even if we kept all our players today .Last nights win over Rangers was'nt a bad result for us but I think if we had played Charlton they would have punished our mistakes as they punished Grimsby's .My mate reckons Charlton did'nt play well .

Stumpy
24-03-2000, 02:13 AM
Then sit with him on Saturday with the rest of the Makro idiots from SE7.
If you get anymore negative we might as well not turn up eh!!! W*****

24-03-2000, 05:32 PM
Stumpy, you are quite a rude little boy EH!
There is nothing wrong in losing its how you play and what you've got to play with that counts .
What we've gone through the last two years its a wonder we are still here, lesser clubs would have folded by now .
If you were at QPR the other night you would have seen exactly what I'm implying .There is no shame in losing to Charlton it's like losing to to someone like Barnsley , not nice but as thier not our rivals it does'nt matter .
At least there is going to be another London club in the top flight next season .

Barney Gumble

Baldingeagle. Stumpy was at QPR and at Norwich and at 95% of this seasons away games sitting next to me. He is far from being a rude little boy EH! He is however very passionate about the team he loves and has done from a little boy. He is also proud of his team whatever the financial problems as am I, and as are most other Palace supporters, apart from the twats like you that want to go round tugging off the Clowntown gypsies.

If you love em that much buy a caravan.http://cpfc-bbs.com/ubb/hmph.gif

Sorry Barney Gumble and Stumpy but you do realy need to face facts. I agree with Baldingeagle's sentiments here that it's time to face reality that Charlton are head and shoulders above everyone in the division, yes we lost to them but we did not lose as heavily as some teams are losing to them recently. I certainly don't feel that our players or ourselves have anything to be ashamed of. So don't dwell on this defeat, move on to the next match and ignore what the Charlton fans post on here to gloat. I wish them good luck in the Premiership because the way football is going they are going to need it.

We will be lucky to live with them on Saturday .[/quote]
Why are you a Palace Fan?
The above statement plus several others you have made are not what we expect to hear from
a Palace Fan.
In all honesty if I was a Clown supporters I would be asking myself "How come we could only beat this Youth team 1-0 and we expect to live with the likes of Moan Utd etc?
"We have money problems, what are the Clowns excuse?

29-03-2000, 03:19 PM
You played well Saturday considering your position and we played badly considering our position but thats football .
Wish you well for the future .
