i know its a big if but what happens if a particular groups games are all 1-1 draws

Lots will be drawn to decide who goes through to the next stage. Although quite what a "lot" is and how it has to be drawn (perpective,abstract,lifestyle,colour,monochrome) and who judges the best drawing is still unclear.
