Wow.........the teams charged with not trying have apparently all been kicked out of the games - shame FIFA didn't do that all those years ago with Germany & Austria was it?

Time to rally round the teams

Group A shows the Korean and Chinese out and the Russian and Canadians go through with only one win between them. Hope they haven't gone home yet.

Group C still unchanged. Guess they are waiting for the appeal to be heard.

This would never happen in the World Cup....

Was it the players or were they told to do this by their coaches? I feel sorry for them even if what they did was wrong.

Appeal decision due about now. Looks like the Chinese didn't even appeal.

Coaches call reported here.

Doesn't really matter who's call it was the players didn't try and have rightly been pulled up on it.

Players didn't have to play to lose, the coach might have told them too but surely they know that is wrong, therefore they are culpable.

Good point, but the trouble is they would never be picked for their country again if they went against "orders".

Now showing Indonesian and Koreans out. So Australia and South Africa through.

Indonesia withdrew their appeal, China did not appeal and the South Korean's had the appeal for their 2 pairs rejected. All DQ'd.
