View Full Version : Alan Smith - leave him alone

I can't understand the groundswell of opinion against Alan Smith, with many Palarse fans seemingly convinced that he is not doing a good job. For me, he's one of the best football pundits Talksport Radio have got, with an unrivalled knowledge of lower league London football. What he chooses to do as a hobby is surely his own business. I mean we can't all be good at everything can we?

Managing Palace isn't his hobby, it's his mission. I firmly believe that he is accomplishing his objectives and will be successful like his predecessor Agent Goldberg and his current CO Agent Jordan.

This gave me the first smile of the day. Maybe there is hope for this forum after all.

Of course there's hope for this board. All the time the 21st Centuries answer to Steptoe & Son are in charge at the Palace.
Come on admit it, Alan Smith does have a striking resemblance to Harold, doesn't he?

Have you seen Snatch. Great film, includes part from a Charlton fan, called Mickey, i think. Funnily enough, he was a gipsy in the film.

Mickey Adams. Great name, especially his first one, bit like your club, if you think your gonna get promoted this season brighton, you're really taking the Adams, aren't you!

Alan Curbishley for England (!!!!!) what a fecking joke! He really does have international experience, what with the Anglo-Italian cup and all. Who asked him anyway??
