Anyone got any hot soccer revelations to unveil? I'm not feeling well today, and am not even up to slagging off Palarse. I'm also not up to adjudicating any Palarse/Charlton essay writing competitions on who is South London's No. 1. Thanks for asking, I'll be fine tomorrow and things will be back to normal.

Kelvin, here's something interesting for you. You are away to Aldershot in the next round of the FA Cup. If Palace aren't playing that day then i'll be there to take the piss out of you failures in my Palace shirt and cheer on the shots.

You'd like Aldershot, the ground is a f*cking dump, it'd make you feel like you're at home!

I went on Tuesday to the Dover match, going to be a great atmosphere albeit with just the 2 proper sides (yes, yes same as us). You'll fit right in with the shirt, same colours but you may find it a bit strange supporting a team who are trying.

It would be churlish not to recognise your result last night, couple of half decent goals in there somewhere. One thing puzzled me though - I always thought I knew the layout at Filbert Street, but where the away fans normally go there was nothing but empty seats.

Can anyone tell me where the Palarse 1,000's were relocated for the night? Thanks in advance.

Erm, well I was at home in Treharris.

No 2 - shut it, knocked out in the last round by Stoke.

Millenium, Millenium, we're the famous Crystal Palace and we're going to the Millenium (Stadium).

Doesn't quite have the same ring as Wemberlee.

It's a bit of a downer though, knowing that if you get to a final you will get the cr*p kicked out of you by people who aren't even involved.

Domesday scenario for Albion - play-off final in Cardiff v Cardiff City. Extra life insurance required, much safer to go up automatically.

Kelvin, I went to the Cardiff City V Palace match in the 2nd round of the Worthington cup with two other local Palace fans and a Swansea fan. We saw no bother as we weren't looking for any, needless to say though, if you give them mouth they aren't shy in shutting you up.

It also depends if the soul crew reckon you have a firm - they are always out in numbers for the likes of Swansea, Newport (friendlies), Stoke, Millwall, Bristol (either), but don't seem to bother the family clubs like Palace.

Glad to hear your visit was OK, and I always thought the same, that 'firms' only took on each other. Sadly, that was not the experience there in the league this season, where people were set upon outside for no reason, car windows smashed, women and children harrassed. None of our idiots were there, unlike Chesterfield, which probably indicates just how 'brave' these people are.
