Hi Steve, how are the sales going for this one? Are we struggling to get a full selhurst when we need as much support as we can get?

Sales are pretty good, about 2000 seats remain for Palace fans. Plenty of room in the away end i think.

Why the hell do people need to know numbers sold all the time?

I think some people may just want a little interaction with our owners and their imagination can only stretch to mundane, irrelevant questions. Maybe more probing questions should be asked such as: did you ever own a Lombardo wig?

Does that include block U and restricted views?

Hi Steve, I won't be able to go Tuesday night unfortunately as I'm recovering from surgery. If I contact the box office and tell them they can make my seat available for sale for that game, would my account be credited if sold? Wishful thinking perhaps, but thought I'd ask! Cheers

Sorry but they can only do this if the game is sold out.

Some people are so cynical.

I think people just like to know because everyone enjoys a full Selhurst as it creates a good atmosphere.
I like to know, I've asked once or twice I think because I want to know the answer not because it's CPFC2010 answering. If someone else could tell me the answer I would ask someone else. It won't make a difference to me going or not but always makes the anticipation and excitement in the build to up to a game greater for me if I know it's going to be a big gate.

Steve,

I'm driving a couple of good Hull mates with me to the game tomorrow.
Is there anywhere at the ground nowadays they can join me for a pre-match drink?

You can get a good idea how many are sold by going on the Palace online ticket site,go to the Hull game, check quick tickets, then seats available.

At the moment 400 AW and 10 Main Stand are left, when these are sold the 500 tickets in Block U (near the away fans)go on sale, and finally when these are sold approx 800 Restrictive view tickets are made available

so by my maths 1710 palace tickets left and no idea how many empty seats in the Hull end

The box office don't load all tickets on to the web site, so that is not really an accurate way of doing it.

Unfortunately the licensing authorities do not allow us to admit away supporters in home bars. I sincerely hope that fans will be allowed to mix in a friendly atmosphere one day like they do at rugby clubs. Sadly not yet.

If any tickets are left over will they be available for sale on the day? And would I need a membership to buy one?

Maybe because Steve deals with tickets and actually this is a forum to ask him questions. I like to know how packed it will be because it's great seeing selhurst full. I forgot some people on here have nothing better to say so spend their time bitching and moaning

I have heard that Hull fans can be a bit rowdy and have an over 80's firm that like to attack Palace fans with Walking Sticks in guise of receiving Press Sympathy, Free tickets and flowers.
Are our friends from Hull going to be guests of the Club tonight Steve?

9000 posts on the BBS and you aren't a member of the club?!

There are 800 tickets left and you do need to be a member to buy - but I dare say there will be a member in the queue who will get you one.
